hundreds of subscriptions cancelled overnight at once

    Overnight, we had hundreds of emails go out about cancelled subscriptions. These were not cancelled by the customer. Out of about 600 subs, only 115 remain active.

    Upon inspection. This looks like it’s happening with subscriptions that no longer have associated listings / products. (The listings they subscribed to were name changed or removed).

    Although the listings no longer exist, we intend for the customer still be subscribed to this.

    MyRewards isn’t linked to subscriptions and/or listings.
