SG optimizer and Quiz-cat plugin

    The cat-quiz plugin does not work on my page. Pressing the start button does nothing. I have contacted the plugin provider. I’m told it’s something related to the cache. It’s very urgent, help please.

    Hello @charlie740 ,

    I created a staging version of your site. There, I purged the SG Cache “Purgar cache de SG” and this resolved the issue:

    Please, test this in your live site and feel free to delete the test staging site that I created in your account, if you do not need it.

    Thank you very much for replying soon. The problem is that from the incognito browser (inprivate) it still does not work. On mobile phones either.

    Aside from your browser, I meant that you should Purge the cache of he SieGround Optimizer Plugin:

    I now purged it for you and the plugin started working for the live site also. Please, give it a try.

    I disabled this option in our SiteGround Optimizer plugin:

    “Aplazar JavaScript que bloquee la visualización”

    Please, clear your browser cache and try again. Then you may discuss the usage of JavaScripts for the functionality of this plugin and test excluding it through the option “Excluir del aplazamiento del JS que bloquea la visualización”.
