Restricting guest user only 1 time

    How to restrict guest users not to book more than particular time in day.
    For example a customer book a service at 10 am and he got confirmed.Again when he try to
    book any srevice with same time (10am on that date) it is booking.How we will restrict that type of bookings.We have enabled 3 customer sessions per hour.That cannot be changed
