    Hi @btoffolon ,

    Thank you for contacting us.

The plugin itself doesn’t have the feature to scroll the page to a specific position during or after the page loading process.

I suggest that you can check that if you have any settings enabled for section/column/widget to make the element to be auto focused when visiting this page.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

Sorry for i’m reponding very late.

The problem is that this issue append only when the plugin is activate and only on this two page.

I didn’t put any element for auto focus and when i disable the plugin it work perfectly.

    Hi @btoffolon ,

    Thank you for your reply.

That’s strange, we haven’t received any same/similar report so far. Since the environment of each website may be different, would you mind create a staging site and then email the login credentials to [email protected] , then our developer can debug it?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

i run some tests, i find out that your extension do that because i have a video playlist on the page.
i’m using elementor pro. (can you do something about this, do you still need a staging site ?)

    Thanks for your answer.

    Hi @btoffolon ,

    Thank you for the feedback.

I think the staging site is the best way to find out the exact cause of the problem.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi @btoffolon ,

    Thank you for your reply.

I tested on the staging site and found that no matter the loader is enabled or not, the page will scroll to the video playlist section automatically after page loaded. Please check the following two screencast videos for details:

    1. Loader activated
    2. Loader deactivated

Based on the information we got, the problem you mentioned is not caused by LoftLoader. We suggest that you can further check the settings of the page.

    Thank you very much.
