Hello. I need help with something. I don’t know how to do it.

I want to hide “Expires” part in Processing order email and “Name and Surname” above Billing. How can I do that?

In addition, the link of my website in the footers in all emails sent to the customer appears blue. How can I make it red? Where can I change that color? And the e-mail address of the customer in the Billing section of the processing order mail is also blue. I want to make it red like the phone number.

    Thank you so much.

  • Hello there,

I highly recommend checking our blog:
    https://woocommerce.com/posts/how-to-customize-emails-in-woocommerce/

    And also this article:
    How to Customize Email Templates.

Regarding the color for links, you can customize the colors under WooCommerce Settings → Emails go to the bottom of the page and adjust your base color.

Let us know if there are any questions. Thank you.

    Thank you so much.

But I couldn’t find how to do it even though I looked at this link. Is there a code where I can delete the “Expires” section and the “Name and Surname” section number 2 in the Downloads section in the Processing Order mail sent to the customer? Or which email php file do I need to edit?

Also, although I make the main color of my emails red, the email footer and the email address just above it (clickable links) appear blue in emails sent to Gmail. Is this related to Gmail, or is it possible for me to make them red like my main color?

    Hi @mremravc,

You’d need to look at the templates/emails/email-order-details.php file and you can override it by following our Template structure & Overriding templates guide:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/#how-to-edit-files

I make the main color of my emails red

Can you share a screenshot of this setting? I’m asking because I can’t find where to change the email link color on my test site. This probably depends on the CSS of your theme.

    Thanks!
