Being able to approve or not the enrolment of a student to a course

As Tutor LMS is designed, students can enroll in any free course without going through an approval request.

In my case, I want to be able to approve or not the enrolment of the students to the courses. That they cannot receive the course if I do not approve their request.

Please tell me it is possible.
