Changing Confirmation Text

    If someone subscribes to our blog and the email address hasn’t been confirmed, it gives a user this message:

    You subscribed this site before but you have not clicked the confirmation link yet. Please check your inbox.

    Where is this text kept? I need to change it to “You subscribed to this site…..”

    It’s not possible to customize that text; however, I’ve tested on my end, and I’ve gotten this message:

    You have already subscribed to this site. Please check your inbox. You can manage your preferences at subscribe.wordpress.com

    Can you confirm if you are using the Subscribe block? We’d be happy to take a look if you can share with us the link to the page where you include that one. You can contact us here instead if you wish to remain private with your website URL.

    Please don’t forget to include a link to this thread if you do.
