    Hi @rewardit,

Have you tried enabling the Debug Mode at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > UPS Live Rates settings? Once it is enabled it should display in the cart the information for admins and shop managers why the rates are not being displayed.

    Kind regards,
    Luke

    Hi Luke,

    I’m getting this: Response –
    {“response”:{“errors”:[{“code”:”111057″,”message”:”This measurement system is not valid for the selected country or territory.”}]}}

Although turning it on has completely bugged the layout of the cart page now.

    Hi @rewardit,

Don’t worry – the Debug Mode is visible only for the logged-in admins or shop managers so your customers won’t see it in the cart.

Have you tried changing the Measurement units at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > UPS Live Rates > Advanced Options?

According to the information from the Debug Mode it seems that they might be different than the proper ones for your shop’s location.

    Kind regards,
    Luke

that isn’t correct, the debug mode shows for anyone using the site and is stopping you from getting to the cart or checkout if it is enabled (I confirmed this by using a separate Edge browser, not logged in and enabling debug mode on the logged in Google Chrome browser). We do have a ticket for this open with the module developers now, they are trying to work out what is going on but it isn’t working as expected.

sorry, jsut to clarify, the original issue is resolved (this required the shipment options to be selected) but there is an ongoing issue with cost of overseas shipments.

Just to make sure if I got everything right – the rates are now displayed properly but the shipping cost returned from the UPS API is incorrect?

    Kind regards,

Since there are no further inquiries concerning this case I’m marking this thread as resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Luke
