    Hi there,

We have installed your version of the plugin compared to the other plugin, however once installed and connected to the stripe payment system no other options except for 3 internal tabs are available. Please can you help us get all payment gateways and internal tabs are able to use within the plugin?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @donebyconstant,

Could you provide a screenshot, I am not sure what you’re describing. Here is a link to the plugin’s main page, located in your WordPress Admin.

    Hi @donebyconstant,

Thank you for the screenshot. That’s really interesting that the other tabs aren’t visible on the page, haven’t come across that before. Do you have the permission manage_woocommerce on your account? Or is there anything special about your user’s setup?

If you go to the WooCommerce > Settings > Payments tab are the gateways visible there?

    Hey!

Yeah we are ‘super admins’ on site. So therefore should be no restrictions. We also don’t block users also.

And no there is no payment gateways listed within payments.

    Hi @donebyconstant,

That makes me think you have a plugin installed that’s maybe blocking those sections then. Are you using any kind of currency switcher plugin possibly?

    Kind Regards,

    (@donebyconstant)

    Hey! – possibly.

We do use a currency switcher. Should I disable?

No, just make sure you register the Stripe plugin’s payment gateways in your currency switcher settings so it knows those gateways support your currencies.

Sure. For reference we use: WOOCS – WooCommerce Currency Switcher

Looks like they only speak about the plugin we use currently: https://currency-switcher.com/woocommerce-stripe-payment-gateway

Again we don’t wish to use this version of the plugin.

    Hi @donebyconstant,

There are other currency switchers that don’t have this behavior and don’t require custom code like in the link you provided.

The Aelia Currency Switcher is one that’s used by many merchants that use our plugin. I’d try that one out.

I don’t believe this plugin is causing the error. And we won’t be moving to a new plugin anytime soon.

Can you clarify if you’re talking about our plugin or the currency plugin?

We can’t control that the Woocs plugin is hiding our gateway. They appear to be using a filter to restrict access to payment gateways in the Admin. If you disable Woocs, do the payment methods appear?

HOW DO YOU KNOW THEY ARE RESTRICTING YOUR PLUGIN?

You’ve jumped to a conclusion here. & no, deactivating the plugin does not change anything.

    Hi @donebyconstant,

HOW DO YOU KNOW THEY ARE RESTRICTING YOUR PLUGIN?

I am not sure why you are writing in all caps now, we’re trying to assist you. We are making an educated guess that the payment methods aren’t visible because of your currency switcher. It’s common for currency switcher plugins to hide payment gateways on the checkout page if they haven’t been registered. So, it’s possible that was happening in the Admin.

You’ve jumped to a conclusion here.

Again, we’re just trying to assist you. Part of that is making suggestions about why the payment methods might be hidden.

deactivating the plugin does not change anything.

Since that didn’t work lets see if perhaps another plugin is causing the payment methods to not be visible. Are you able to start deactivating plugins one by one and testing if the sections appear?

    Kind Regards,
