sticky header of woo commerce bar for best shop theme

I am trying to design a site to sell digital products. I have installed BEST SHOP THEME, but theme sticky only menu bar and it appear only on the desktop viewpoint. I only need to sticky WooCommerce Bar to be shown on both mobile, tablet and mobile viewpoint. I need support from best shop theme expert because all the CSS i have used failed.
