    Hi @mackyangeles,

    Thanks for using the plugin,

    I hope you are doing well, We have to check this on our staging site but we don’t see the undefined text.

    Can you please tell me which theme you are using?

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi @mackyangeles,

    We have forwarded this to our QA team we will get back to you.

    Thanks

    hey mackyangeles – i got the same problem and fixed it by disableing the language switcher which is enabled by default.

    (@mackyangeles)

    How did you do that? @telemarker

    @mackyangeles

    You can disable the language switcher and let me know if this issue is fixed or not, you can disable it from plugin settings for more details see attached screenshot here.

    Also, We are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging site. It seems like the theme or some other plugin is conflicting with the Our plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not.

    Thanks

    Unfortunately @haseeb0001 that option is not available on my end. Please see printscreen: https://pasteboard.co/g0WCZezKjWNC.jpg

    @mackyangeles

    Ok, I shared it with my technical team they are reproducing and working on this, we will release the plugin updated version soon.

    Thanks

    I too am getting the ‘undefined’ text under the password box. I have tried switching the language switcher on and off and it does not make a difference.

    My site is running on php 8, wordpress 6.0.1, is running the latest version of the Divi builder (4.17.6), has dynamic CSS, framework and Javascript on, critical CSS on and static CSS off.

    I have both the Login Designer and Password Protected plugins installed, activated and up to date. Everything else in terms of customising the login pages is fine.

    @henderas is your plugin is updated? this issue is already fixed in the last update.

    Thanks

    The Login Designer plugin is version 1.4 and the Password Protected plugin is version 2.5.3. There are no options for further updates, so am assuming these are the most up-to-date versions.

    @henderas I need to reproduce this issue, Please share the plugin names you are using.

    Thanks

    All plugins running on the site are:

    All-in-One WP Migration: Version 7.6.2
    Divi Booster: Version 3.9.1
    Divi Contact Form DB: Version 1.9.1
    Login Designer: Version 1.4
    Password Protected: Version 2.5.3
    Post SMTP: Version 2.1.3
    Wordfence Security: Version 7.6.0
    WPS Hide Login: Version 1.9.6

    I did have a litespeed cache plugin, but this has recently caused issues with the site so I have deleted it. However the ‘undefined’ text appeared both with and without this plugin.

    The other details on the php version, wordpress version and divi builder detailed above remain the same. If you want the website URL to inspect the website I am happy to email you directly but not on a public forum.
