• The plugin can neither turn Woo original “related Products” off nor can I define my own rules. It is doing absolutely nothing. Maybe it is not compatible with the Re:hub theme (Elementor). But there is no note that the plugin even could be not compatible with a theme. I am not the pro to figure this out.

    Hi @volkerforster,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

The plugin has both the option to turn off default related products and also has the provision to define your own. However, as you pointed out, it has strong dependencies with the site theme and how the required filters are defined in the theme code.

Can you please share your site theme via this link so that we can test it and provide you a solution?

    Hi @webtoffee

as I said in my initial post, I am using the Re:hub theme (Elementor).

None of the 3 possible settings had any effect on the way the related products are shown.

I removed the related products section using Yellow Pencil, and added custom related products using the plugin Related Products for WooCommerce from PeachPay.

Unfortunately, PeachPay announced to stop supporting this plugin soon, and then I would need to find one that works AND is supported.

    Hi @volkerforster,

We have already looked up the theme you mentioned and it is a paid theme, which is why we requested to share the theme files to check the compatibility. Moreover, if you have done any modification in the stock theme, it would benefit us to check with the exact same one.
