    customer is reporting issue with receiving enquiries from website form on contact us page.

    There are a couple of required tabs but the form is letting customer send without filling these in. Is there a way to amend this so that a message comes up to remind people they need to choose an option before it sends?

    What content do you have in the Form tab panel?

    You need to add the select drop-down as the following:

    [select* Enquiry-type first_as_label "--Please Select--" "Accounts" "Repeat Prescriptions" "Appointment" "General"]

    [select* Please-direct-my-enquiry-to first_as_label "--Please Select--" "Accounts" "Reception" "Repeat Prescriptions" "Nurse - Gillian Gallacher" "Vet - Harvey" "Vet - Jamie" "Vet - Lindsay" "Vet - Sue" "Vet - Fiona" "Vet - Roz"]

    Check the drop-down options here.
