I am sorry for the delay in response.

You can try the Quick Edit menu on a selected page while you are viewing list of your pages on Dashboard > Pages. The menu will give you some page settings including the “Allow Comments” to disable. https://i.snipboard.io/1K4gJE.jpg. Once the page is updated, you should clear cache before reloading the page.
