Booking not possible group event started

    Bonjour,

    J’ai plusieurs groupes d’événements et j’aimerais que même si le groupe a déjà débuté, il reste tout de même réservable en tant que groupe et non en événement individuel, sauf que actuellement, lorsqu’il a débuté, les événements n’apparaissent plus du tout. De quel manière puis-je résoudre ce problème ?

    Hello,

    – go to Booking Activities > Settings > General tab
    – set the “Calendar Timezone” option to your timezone
    – set the “Are started groups of events bookable?” option to ON

    – go to Booking Activities > Calendar editor
    – go to your group category settings > Availability tab > set the “Are started groups bookable?” option to “Site settings”

    – go to Booking Activities > Booking forms > your form > Calendar settings
    – Availability tab > turn ON the “Display past events” option
    – Filters tab > turn OFF the “Book grouped events alone” option (optional)

    If you want the users to be able to book a single event of the group, set the “Book grouped events alone” option to ON (they still won’t be able to book a single event if it is past).
