With the 3.7.1.3 upgrade, someone at Royal Flush thought it was a good idea to have a banner appear under the WordPress Admin area stating that Elementor and Royal Elementor Addons are required plugins. Neither plugin has ever been required, a response from someone at Royal Flush has stated on their forums that the plugins aren’t required, but they appear to be taking their sweet time to upgrade the theme to remove the message.

If you’re considering purchasing the Pro version, I’d recommend holding off until Royal Flush remedies the issue.

Royal Flush…if you love your customers as you’ve stated in the forums about this issue, then don’t do stupid stuff like this again.

    Hi,

This issue was fixed a few weeks ago, just re-download the pro theme from your account page, upload and replace your current ashe pro theme, and then clear the browser cache.

    All be fine then.

    Kind Regards,
    Nick

That’s ridiculous. WP Royal/Royal Flush (what’s with the different names?) created the issue and I need to download a patched theme to replace the existing theme?

I’ll wait for an upgrade. My initial post was more to give WP Royal/Royal Flush a black eye for implementing the fake message. We love our customers…yeah, right.

Nice…your stupid, apparently untested upgrade, broke twice. Once on my sandbox site and then on my live site. I was able to remedy my sandbox site, but I am currently unable to access the admin area of my live site because your stupid upgrade broke.

As soon as I find another theme, I’m done with you people. I wasted my money purchasing your theme.

This is not updated related issue, this is your local wp issue caused probably by small hosting resources, we do have not changed anything serious in our code that might break your site, plus before update we always testing it.

    Kind Regards,
    Nick
