Can’t say enough good things…

There is poor support and that’s unfortunately all too common. There’s good support and one occasionally comes across that. More rare is great support. Wordfence support is only the second WordPress/website-related organization (out of many) I can say is well above great support.
I needed to bring a staging site under the umbrella of the Wordfence Premium plugin installed on the live site. My host’s naming convention didn’t fit the options Wordfence listed in their documentation. I almost didn’t contact support because I thought it would be a waste of time. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I received an email from Scott VERY quickly. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating. He fixed it in a few minutes. Then I asked if there was a way to arrange it so the next time I created a staging site with a different number suffix it would still work. He fixed that too.
What I thought was a lost cause turned out to permanent solution to the problem and happened much more quickly than expected. I couldn’t be more pleased!
