    Hi.
    I am working with this plugin, and I have seen a small “bug”
    when email is send to customers with order in progress or order complete. Then the customer phone number and email is not being showed correct. But only in Outlook. It looks nice and pretty both in webmails and thunderbird. But unfortunately, a lot of people are still using Outlook.
    In outlook there is no line break between the phone and email, making it look weird.

    At the same time, if I use the standard mail in WooCommerce, it does look right. So I am quite sure that this nice plugin, is doing something with the css. But I can’t seem to figure out where exactly to adjust to change it. I have tried to add breaks different places in the code in a child theme. but it does not seem to change anything, So I am not sure where the bug is hiding, or why it occurs. I am only sure that something is being done differently

  • Hey, thanks for reaching out. And apologies for the delay in response.

    Unfortunately Outlook is really bad with the way it handles CSS. It’s difficult to get a 1-1 email from our plugin to the Outlook email client.

    Does this issue occur only when you’ve customized the email? Or do you also see it when the default email template is used?

    Hey.

    The issue occurs with all templates in this plugin. but it does not occur in the normal email sending, when not using this plugin. Thats why i think it should be possible to resolve somehow. But I am not sure where the css for the plugin is stored, so I guess that it would be better to try to get it fixed from creater side of the plugin.

    I do hope that it is possible, as statistics are showing that there is actually a lot of my customers who are using Outlook

    I just tested my own Outlook account and can’t reproduce the issue with the email and phone number on the same line.

    Can you please specify whether you’re viewing in outlook web app or the desktop application? Do you see the same results in each?

    The issue only occur in the desktop application. It is only there it occur. It works flawless in all my webmails and also in thunderbird.
    it is only the Outlook desktop app that have the issue.

    What version of outlook are you using?

    I am using Outlook 2019 version 2204 (build 15128.20224)

    Thanks, I updated the plugin with a fix for outlook, interestingly this only happened in windows outlook and not Mac. Anyway all fixed now.
