Can you add a larger search field option please?

  • Can you add a content width search bar size to the options please? It is strange having a small search area on the top left or right only when there is so much free space for typing up the top.

    You can kind of see what I mean on the page I’m building now. https://hokkaido.a4jp.com/en/. I just need to change themes as the developer gave up on this theme and it has bugs in it now. You’re theme looks like I’ll be able to build the same thing with it though.

    Hi,
    Thanks for reaching out! If you add a search widget to your topbar you can use CSS to stretch is across the screen. I would be happy to help with this css once you add it.

    I can do this with code but it would be better as an option in the settings. It looks strange just having a tiny search area offset to the left or right only. I guess it’s just a personal thing but I’m sure lots of people would like options to customize things easily. Not long till WordPress 6.0 comes out as well.
