logged out after click on a page edit with elementor

tnx for your works of this great plugin
in my latest web site after I want to edit any page or even create a new page after creation when I click to edit either one of two things happen
1-get logged out of website and have to re login
2-stuck in loading for eternity even with safe mode and usual tips you said on troubleshooting pages on your websites
