Please follow these steps:
1. Use these settings in the first section: https://prnt.sc/1s1ocpa
2. Save first section
3. Now, go to “Other options” section
4. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
5. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
6. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 100)
7. Save “Other options” section
8. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

First point is most important point for you here, secondly different backup method may show us more detailed log if that won’t help.

heya, the backup is completed and success, but i can’t see the file on the backup migration plugin. its kinda like missing and i already scan locally it’s there but not showing in the plugin

Our backup(s) list can display only valid and restorable backups.
So, if it’s not there it means that it’s incomplete or broken.

Could you please share live-log of backup process after applying settings recommended by me in above post?
– I’ll check what can cause the issue and if the process ran correctly.

Okay, i’ll be in touch in a minute, going to run the backup again, and anyway the backup is already on the file path on the cpanel. but not showing in the plugin

As I said the list won’t display all backup ZIP files in the directory. It will also validate them, if they’re not restorable it won’t list them.

Ah, it happens sometimes.

And its usually handled by forum moderators within a hour,
formatted logs (using CODE button) are usually fine, unformatted dumps of text are suspicious and marked as spam for manual review.

Heya Clyde, i run into some problem again, when im restoring the backup to new website for example im using my localhost right now, the web is different and some is missing.

So the question is, if im using like the new url or domain or website that i wanted to migrate to, is it look the same like my localhost?

or is it like the original one that i’ve been using wich is genzitech dot com
