Plugin not able to scan content on pages built with Oxygen Builder

    I was told by your main websites support to create a ticket on my issue.

Thank you for reaching out!

This was an issue specific to Oxygen Builder that we previously fixed last Summer. Essentially, the way that they store their content is a bit unusual compared to other page builders.

I am aware that Oxygen just released a major update not too long ago and it is possible that the current version of their software is once again incompatible with our readability scan.

What would be most helpful, if you are willing, is to open a support request on our www.remarpro.com plugin page so that our team can track and address this in the proper channel.

    If Oxygen changed how they are storing content which was previously custom post meta called ct_builder_shortcodes or change the name of their plugin file then it’s likely we’ll need to update the Accessibility Checker. I’ll add this to our roadmap for a future release.
