What is the directory /temp permissions?
Must be at least 0755

You have the localhost domain, are you using Microsoft IIS server, where capital letters in file names are an issue?

I think there is something related with the additional parameter in the name of the URL, because the photo is uploaded to the given path but without that last id

“But when the photo is uploaded, I have the following error:
GET https://localhost/wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/temp/profile_photo_43f584b805e1af6fccdf11bd5e8af996_temp.JPG?1650449233924 – 404 (Not Found) ”

I can see the photo in that path but without this parameter ?1650449233924

Try with a filename with all characters in lowercase.

@missveronicatv i tried all of that but i have the same error. I add all permission to folder 777, I upload a photo with lowecase and nothing.
But the image is uploaded to the path, the problem i can see is related with that additional parameter

If you look at the profile’s image directory do you find an image there?

The number ?1650449233924 is the Linux current timestamp and is preceeded with ts= by the plugin.

Why is ts= missing for you?

Look in your browser web console for any JavaScript errors.

@missveronicatv yes the image is upload to directory path temp but whithout “?ts”
I have tried deleting ts parameter but in the consolo i have the same error

I add that code in my theme functions.php is correct?

Use your child-theme’s functions.php file.

The Theme’s functions.php file is updated when you install a new update for the theme and you will loose the code snippet..

Use the “Child Theme Configurator” Plugin to create the child-theme:

@missveronicatv ok but I understand that pasting the code in the main theme functions.php it must work right? because I always do that with others code without problem.
