How to sync meta fields between different forms ?

Hello ??
I’m trying to set a editable field in the registration and profile form.
It’s a multi-select field that you can fill in the registration and later in the time update in the profile form.I thought that if I use same meta key in both forms I can do this but the plugin warning me that the meta key name is already in use so I can’t set it.
Are there a way to use same meta field in different forms ?

Don’t create new fields with used metakeys..
You must use the “Custom Fields” at tho bottom of “Fields Manager” popup, where you can find all the fields from the registration form.
