Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

To start troubleshooting, could you please check if the system user for the plugin was created? You can do that by following these steps:

1) Log into Business Manager
2) Make sure to select the same Business that was used in the setup process
3) Click Users > System Users
4) Then, you should see a WooCommerce system user. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/UMTg05

5) Additionally, in your WordPress admin, please navigate to WooCommerce > Facebook and check if you have the ‘Manage Connection’ button like this: https://d.pr/i/npAdiq
