Website serves old content

    I’m facing this issue since a year. Whenever I publish a new post on wordpress, I purge the website (Purge All). However the my readers still see the stale website content unless they refresh the page on their browser. Serve Stale option is off. Browser cache option is off. But the problem still remains. In fact, unless my readers hit refresh on their browsers, the website will still show old content even if its months old !     you need to check what is the http response header , make sure you see x-litespeed-cache: miss after you publish a new post , then also get rid of your expire header, and then add a cache-control: no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0 header
