Re-send Log Email delivers as plain text.

Hope you are doing good.

In Email Logs,> every email has a view options click on it and share the screenshot of that View screen.

Did you try to send email without using the post SMTP plugin?

I haven’t tried sending the email with another plugin since this is a Post SMTP feature.

If you resend the mail from the Gravity forms entry it will be in the correct format.

Yep, I know I can re-send the notification from the Gravity Forms entries section. I was more bringing this up as an issue with Post SMTP. If it logs an email and you want to resend it, it should resend the email in the format it was originally sent in. So text goes as text and HTML goes as HTML.

@haseeb0001 That unfortunately didn’t work. In both Gmail and Apple email the HTML is displayed in the email and not rendered as you would expect.

can you update the plugin now and tests it? Our fix will work on emails sent after email.

If you still face the issue, do let us know, which Socket are you using for emailing.

Hey @haseeb0001 I’ve just noticed this happening on our installation of the latest version 2.1.3 using Office 365 SMTP.
