Is the “exit intent” the only visibility condition for that popup?

Could you please share exported popup with us?

To do so, export popup from Hustle and put exported .json file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account, then share a direct download link to it in your response here.

This way we’ll be able to check and test that popup to see what may be causing it.

Yes “exit intent” is the only “Pop-up Trigger”. I don’t know how to export the pop-up.

Click on the gear icon next to your popup on right and click export. Then put exported .json file on your Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar account, then share a direct download link to it in your response here.

I see you have set up 2 Conditions groups.
1s one is empty so it should be removed.
In the second one, you set up posts and pages as SHOW ALL, so those Conditions will never meet. Please set it up as SHOW ANY and then it will work. In short exit-intent will be triggered if you will be on the page or on the post.

You can find those on the popup’s edit screen in the Visibility section. You’ll need to remove the first empty group:
