    Hello Kent,

Thanks for reaching out regarding your breadcrumb schema.

Using the Rich result test, you have more than one output of breadcrumb schema with only one from Yoast SEO. It’s possible that you hardcoded the addition of the breadcrumb schema, a third-party plugin or your theme is also outputting. Infact, one is in microdata format instead of JSON-LD. You can confirm by performing a conflict check.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

If you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.

    Dear maybellyne,

If I update to your YOAST promium, will you help me to solve this problem? Even if the error from another plugin ( not Yoast), or the error is from website code?

I am not a website developer, I only the seller to promote my products. So I know little about code.

    Best Regards
    kent

    Hi @kentqi123

If you do decide to upgrade Yoast SEO Premium, we’ll be able to take a closer look at this and provide advice, however, we still won’t be able to remove the schema output that is being generated by other plugins or themes or by custom code. We can provide suggestions, but ultimately, our support is still just focused on the Yoast SEO plugin itself and its output.
