    Hello,
    When a user order the first time and add a shipping phone and a shipping email, the information is saved correctly, the account information is updated correctly.
    But if the user re-order and log in, then the shipping phone is filled with the phone but the shipping email remains empty.
    Any idea where the problem could come from ?

    Was this always a problem or did it appear after an update? Do you have any other plugins installed which manipulate checkout fields in any way?

    Hello,
    It think it appears after updates of the complete website meaning updates of wordpress / woocommerce / elementor and many plugins. So quite difficult to say.
    There is no other plugins to my mind that manipulate checkout field.
    Could the website url help to find out ?

    We tried to recontruct the problem you mentioned, but it’s working correnctly on our installation. Can you again state step for step what the exact flow of action was that caused the error? As detailed as possible so we can test this exactly how it happened. If it still works on our installation then it may be a problem with one of the plugins or theme you’ve installed.
