Error, Unable to access library database,

  • Hi, I am getting this message “Error, Unable to access library database, please try re-syncing” I clicked on re-syncing and nothing happen. Still gettting the same message. Please help.

    Hard to guess, here are some suggestions.

    Contact your hosting provider and ask them to make sure there are no errors in your error log, that you have curl enabled and that they are not blocking external requests or blocking uploads.

    Check your browser console log for errors.

    Test with all plugins deactivated.

    My best guess is something with your hosting.
