Recaptcha not refreshing on front-end form submission error

    I have a problem with the front-end submission form.

    It happens when an error is made in the submission, and the user receives an error notification to fill in a field of the form they have missed.

    If they do so and resubmit, the Recaptcha field has not refreshed and does not, therefore, allow the now valid submission. I have to try to submit the form several times until the Recaptcha has refreshed and I can re-check its box. Then of course the form will go through.
