Two local pickup options with different tax rates

    I’m looking to setup a store on woocommerce with 3 different shipping / pickup options:

    1) Local Pickup in State #1
    2) Local Pickup in State #2
    3) Shipping within the US

    The options for the tax calculations are either shipping address, billing address or shop base.

    Shipped ordered should be taxed based on shipping address – which works with the default config. However, how could be be configured to have different tax rates associated with the different state pickup locations?

    That is not possible with WooCommerce core. I would suggest you look into Local Pickup Plus.
