• Hello.

First of all, thanks for developing great plugin.

The plugin works fine, but i has a small problem.

I am using the Directorist plugin that create a custom post type called Directory listing.

And I set up the following permalinks:

    example.com/location/restaurant/item

And when I went into NavXT’s options and checked, I saw that Location and Category can choose in “Directory listing Hierarchy”.

If i select a location, the breadcrumb will look like this:

    home / location / item

If i select a category, the breadcrumb will look like this:

    home / restaurant / item

However, I want to display the breadcrumb the same as the permalink as follows, but I don’t know how.

    home / location / restaurant / item

Could you please tell me what should i do?

I tried all the available options, but I couldn’t show the location and the restaurant at the same time.

    Thank you.

Using the behavior that is built into Breadcrumb NavXT, you would need restaurant to be a child of the location term to have this sort of behavior. Otherwise, the uManager extension plugin will allow you to set multiple taxonomies to include in the breadcrumb trail (and for you to set the order of display of the taxonomies).

    Hi, @mtekk

    Thanks for the reply.

I did some more testing after writing this post, but the problem is that the two categories are not hierarchies categories.

    Each was a separate category.

If I purchase and use the uManager extension you mentioned,

is it possible to make categories into hierarchies even in this case?

    Thank you.

uManager specifically allows you to set multiple taxonomies (hierarchical and non-hierarchical) and the priority (order) that the taxonomies are used in the post hierarchy (it will allow you to use both the restaurant and the location taxonomies in your breadcrumb trails and set the restaurant taxonomy to show up closer to the current item).
