Cover block image not displaying

Hi,

I hope someone can help solve my Cover block image problem .

The Cover block background image does not display when viewing the page normally and also in preview.
It displays ok in the visual editor?
It’s only the Cover block that does not display, the Image block displays ok.

Below is the html code copied from the code editor.

Am I missing something, a setting that should be made for eg?
