reCAPTCHA not working

On my website, in the wordpress panel, I did the reCAPTCHAv3 integration. I entered both keys, but the page does not show the reCAPTCHA badge in the lower right corner. Additionally, the contact form cannot be sent, the message “There was a problem with sending your message. Try again later.”
What could be the reason for this and how can I fix it?
