    When I try to purchase and download a file, I immediately get the error:
    Sorry! Support and Update Access Period is Already Expired

    I have tried the suggestions on the other posting, but then I get the next problem that I can’t save any of the settings in the Premium Package menu – the Save Settings gear just keeps spinning and no settings are saved.

    Do you have any suggestions about what I can try next?

    You need to configure order validity period:
    Settings%20%E2%80%B9%20Download%20Manager%20%E2%80%B9%20WPDM%20PRO%20%E2%80%94%20WordPress

    Hi Shaefet,
    The Order Validity Period is already set to 365 days, but it doesn’t seem to matter.

    When I try to edit any other items and Save Settings, the gear icon on the button just spins and no settings are saved.

    Do you have additional info for how to fix it?

    It looks like your server is blocking some data from that page, remove any html tag from option fields:
    Settings%20%E2%80%B9%20Download%20Manager%20%E2%80%B9%20WPDM%20PRO%20%E2%80%94%20WordPress
    Then save settings again.

    Thank you for pointing that out, I removed the HTML and now saving settings works properly and I can continue testing.
