I am not exactly sure what you are asking, so please clarify if I am answering the wrong question here.

You should not have to disable any other plugins to use this Donation Form Block, and all of the customization options live in the block editor itself: you can see the documentation here (including a video) for more on those options: https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/donation-form-block-for-stripe/
