In my product filter items are not showing ! only one or two items are showing when i click on filter, i had an issue today morning with backend ! as per their customer support i disabled and enabled the plugin one by one from db. After that this issue arise.

May I know which customer support are you referring to? Was it a plugin’s support?

I understand that items are not showing as expected thorough your product filter.

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share with us the following:

System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Hello,

i disabled and enabled the plugin one by one from db. After that this issue arise.

Can you navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and clear transients to see if that helps?

If that doesn’t fix the issue, please deactivate all plugins except the?WooCommerce from WP-admin > Plugins, switch your theme to Storefront, and check to see if product search works properly.

I see that you have the WP STAGING plugin installed. You can test it on your staging site so your live site stays unchanged.

Also, if you have added any custom codes, please make sure to disable them too.

That issue still persist !! Actually the issue is i have a left category menu in my shop page

I just tried clicking on some categories from the left categories menu of your shop page and found it loads lots of products. The screen recording below shows what I see.

Have you checked your shop page from a different browser/device and faced the same issue?
Can you please share some video/screen recording that shows the issue you are facing?

Here is the link for the “necklace” product filter !! Here its only showing 4 items but actually i have more than 4 items and its not displaying while i click on it

Hello,

I understand the issue is persisting.

Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Term counts and do a click on Recount Terms. Allow some minutes, then please check again.

Hi @hamasataccessoriesllc,

Checking the filter by product, I can see what you mean. What’s happening is that the filter only counts products with main Category, for instance, if the necklace is under “New Collection > Necklace” it won’t show.

However, this functionality is from the theme you’re using, Woodmart. Can you please contact your theme support and ask if this can be corrected?

I had this same issue before and i contacted the theme but they said its from WooCommerce

If i contact theme they are saying its not their issue and if i’m contacting woo commerce they are keep asking one by one over one week and cannot solve !
