no reception of the welcome e-mail

    Hello,
    I’m taking my first steps on Mailpoet, I’m a total novice.

    I created :
    – my registration form for the newsletter in exchange for a free e-book
    – my list of subscribers,
    – and my welcome email which is linked to this list.

    The status of my welcome email shows that the welcome email has been sent, but when testing with 3 different gmail emails. I receive and confirm the confirmation email to the subscriber list, but I do not receive the welcome email. (And of course I checked the junk mail)

    For informations :
    I use the MailPoet sending service.

    I was able to visit your website at selflovebox.fr and use the form located close to the bottom of your home page.

    I got the confirmation email and as soon as I clicked the link to confirm my email, I got the welcome email straight to my inbox.

    I used a Gmail address to do my testing.

    Can you share with us, one or two email addresses that didn’t get your welcome email?
