    Because there is some info wrong in my store, I want to disconnect and resynchronize the store data, but after I click the “Disconnect Store”, the dashboard keeps showing like this https://ibb.co/ChfTz5q

    I can neither disconnect nor synchronize now.

    Hello,

    Please click on disconnect the store > tick the checkbox (ticking this won’t delete the data from HubSpot but only the meta IDs related to it) > reconnect the store.
