  • Hi Jboykin,

Can you please check if the “Trigger menu on page load” setting is enabled under Settings-> Advanced settings. If not then please enable it and then check. Hope your issue will get resolved. Let me know if you still face the same issue.

    Hi Sumit,

I toggled the trigger on and then back off and the issue persists where the mobile menu opens automatically and won’t close. However now I have updated the plugin to the more recent version and the navigation menu will not display at all.

    Hi Sumit-
It appears the plugin was no longer injecting code after the update. We pasted it in directly and now the menu is appearing again. However the issue remains where the mobile menu starts opened and will not close. It should start closed and allow click to open. I can confirm “trigger menu on page load” is disabled.

    Hi Jboykin,

As I see you are using the RMP v3.x version. I request you to please check the below-given two settings.

    1. Breakpoint (Responsive Menu Pro > Header Bar > Breakpoint)
    2. Enable the Desktop Menu. (Responsive Menu Pro > Desktop Menu > Enable the Desktop Menu.)

Please check the below-given screenshot for your reference and apply the settings and then check. Let me know if you still face the same issue.

    Hi Sumit-
Unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. Note that we did not have the Header Bar enabled originally, only the Desktop menu. As you can see, the mobile view continues to show the mobile menu fully expanded by default without the ability to minimize it.

    Hi jboykin,

It’s a class name spacing issue. Please check the below-given points and follow them. Hope your issue will get resolved.

    1. Migrate to v4.x. https://nimb.ws/1uMrpI
    2. off desktop menu setting as mentioned in screen-short https://nimb.ws/hiUEdI .
    3. Goto wp-content/plugins/responsive-menu-pro/views/app/container.html.twig at line 1 and remove class name responsive-menu-pro-no-transition

    Hello Sumit-
    – We are unable to Migrate to 4.x, the option is not showing in our view.
    – I need the desktop menu to remain on
    – Upon removing the class as requested, the issue is not resolved.
    – Additionally, the hamburger is showing on the left side, rather than the right side, which is incorrect after I fix the class spacing issue before slide-right in devtools.

Is there another way for me to fix this class spacing issue in the legacy version code and retain desktop menu; plus keep the hamburger on the right side on mobile?
