    Isn’t it possible to present a solution (e.g. via PHP snippet with a priority adjustment) publicly, so that not everyone has to open a separate support ticket?

    yes, I understand your idea.
    Ususally not everybody has exactly the same problem and this needs to be checked and solved individually.
    Therefore it makes sense to solve it with separate support tickets.
