Noindex in form page?

    Hi,
    I want to remove from Google the single form page automatically created by the plugin in this folder: metform-form/new-form-1648734003/
    I’ve already modified the robots.txt file but I would remove the page from google index
    adding a noindex tag in the form page created by Metform.
    How can I do it?
