I think its a theme issue. The registration view is responsive. It will use the available width it can get. I made a small style change on the theme and now the view is bigger.

Oh i do have abother question. When it asks for the paypal button when setting up paypal, does it mean the API info?

No its regular PayPal button. First you need to create the button and then provide the necessary info (button id, currency).

Good evening. I’ve got a couple of issues. Note these issues are mobile view problems.
If you click on DFWAA Expo 5-14-2022, the title, you will notice the info box has an error with the registration start and end time. Is there a fix for that?
Also, if you view the page, there is a long stretch to view the “0 tables selected”. also, in mobile mode the button doesn’t exist so the user won’t realize that’s a link. Also the navigation arrows doesn’t exist. I guess its not mobile compatible? I’m not seeing it on my end. Please advise ??
I noticed everything looks different on desktop mode vs. mobile mode. Like “change room” and “pending” and approved booking text are removed as i wanted it on desktop mode but everything shows up in mobile mode.

Hey. Yes the mobile view is quite different than desktop view because there are not enough room to play with. But I do agree that mobile view needs some work.
Seems like there is a bug in info box related to dates. I will investigate when I have some time.
Not sure what you meant by navigation arrows. You should be able to use fingers to zoom/move around in layout.

I updated plugin to 1.20.1. It should fix the start and end date displaying.

thanks for that i will grab it soon. Can you possibly fix the OPEN button to proceed to checkout for mobile view? That is how most people will be purchasing their booths, through their phones. I can donate money for that fix ??

yes both the button doesn’t show up AND the height of the page is so long you can’t see the text of that (since the button is not working) unless you scroll all the way down.

I tried changing the index.php in the registration folder to a shorter height and also the shortcode page in php folder. They worked ONLY in desktop mode but not in mobile mode lol

So this is what I need done:

1. Make the OPEN button viewable via mobile
2. reduce the height of the column to be able to view “0 table selected” AKA button
3. remove “CHANGE ROOM” button view. it’s gone with desktop view but not mobile
4. only enter customers info once with multiple tables selected. Currently its set to ask for the same info multiple times per table.
5. I honestly want them to be able to choose their tables and checkout so will need to ask for other info as well. Full Name, email, home address and phone #.

Whatever you can do, please let me know what pages the should be. I already edit some and don’t want to replace any current changes.

3. I can’t just remove “Change room” button in mobile view. Registrations can have more than one room and users should be able to select them somehow. But I can hide it. So if your registration only has one room then there is no point of showing it.
4. Yes this feature has been requested before. It is in my todo list.
5. This feature already exists. Its called custom fields. You can make custom fields in your registration settings to ask custom data from clients.
