    Dokan sub-order not showing

    As per your request, It seems you’re talking about the dokan sub-order not showing for the admin? If yes, then follow the guidance which is given below:

    Dokan splits orders into the parent/sub-order. Every admin can see the sub-order in their dashboard, as you can see from the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/aa1Yyt-KQTgM

    If the sub-order is not showing for the admin, It seems there has a conflict with Dokan on your website. Please make sure that you’ve already done the conflict test. If you haven’t yet, please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan and WooCommerce.
    • If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again
    • Still, the sub-order is not showing or, if I misunderstood anything, let us know with details of your problems.
