Lost Carts Time

    Hi,

    First, THANKS for this fantastic plugin that has increased our sales!

    Now, we would like to know the time were a cart is considered lost. Right now, every report in CartFlows show 0 lost carts. However, we see that not all carts were recovered (obviously).

    Seems all abandoned carts are “recoverable forever”.

    Is there a way to set a cart lost after 5 days? Maybe with a function code?

    Hello @pablogutierrez,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Plugin marks the cart as a lost when it is not recovered within 30 days. After 30 days it will mark as lost. For now, there is no option to update the lost cart time.
    But in a future update, we will check and add a filter or option using which you can update the time for lost carts.

    Thanks for the fast reply! 30 days might be too much, but it would be a great improvement for future versions to edit this value.
