Hot to remove return subject field?

    Hi there.

    I use your plugin and I want to know how can I remove this fields from the form >>> https://prnt.sc/lEoJqhjn4P0V .

    I want to leave visible only textarea.

    I didn’t find any option from setting to remove the filed.

    Could you help me with this question, please?
