Elementor Page Editor Not Loading in WP Admin on any page

Elementor has been created to be compatible with almost any WordPress theme as long as it has been very well coded following WordPress coding standards.

Please note that we do not make recommendations for any specific themes as we do not control the way these are created.

We are using the latest version of the Hello Elementor theme. The issue happens with the main theme, and also with child theme too. Any other ideas please?

Make sure you dont have multiple “WP_MEMORY_LIMIT” entries in your wp-config.php file, and to replace them with:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

In addition, please send us System Info from Elementor >> System Info.
Make sure your server meets all the requirements listed here as well: https://elementor.com/help/requirements/

There is no reference to these in our wp-config.php file, and the PHP settings are all on the server for this domain settings. Memory limit is set to 2048M, so it is not this.

The error is as below:

This is a JS compatibility issue? We are running the latest version of your module and Hello Elementor theme. All plugins are latest versions.

Hi,

From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments. Change all of the experiments to Inactive. Click Save Changes.

In addition, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

Already disabled all experiments, we can’t do the plugins option at this time due to limited resources and live site only (no dev/staging)

Can you provide a solution specific to that error message please? Is there an email for your support dept?

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
