what customertype can create refund & creditnote question

    HI,

    i am investigating several woocommerce refund plugins. I have 2 questions.
    1) Can Guest users also create refund requests? or only registered options?
    2) what type of refunddocument is created? is that a copy of the current order with negative values? or is the existing order refunded via the standaard woocommerce refund functionality?

    Thanks for showing your interest in our plugin here are the answers of your queries —
    1) Can Guest users also create refund requests? or only registered options?
    => Yes guest also can create the refund requests but this functionality is available in premium version of this plugin.

    2) what type of refunddocument is created? is that a copy of the current order with negative values? or is the existing order refunded via the standaard woocommerce refund functionality?

    => Yes, we have inherited the woocmmrce refund functionality which will work on the existing order it will not create any copy of the same order.
